Jackie LaMantia
Owner/Studio Certified Pilates Instructor

As the owner of the Pilates Center of Northwest Indiana, I have 18 years of experience owning and operating my studio. My certifications include Studio Certification in Pilates through Movement Education and Certification through The Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as both a Group Class and Personal Trainer. I also hold an additional certification through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and I am a One Day to Wellness Certified Coach. I love to share my knowledge on evidence-based nutrition to help others on the road to wellness. In my personal life, after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I have realized the strong relationship between proper nutrition and health. Combining good nutrition with an appropriate fitness program is imperative to leading a healthy life. I love continuing education classes and I am always seeking new and exciting methods of training to keep things fresh and fun for my clients and students. In my personal life, I  enjoy hiking the dunes, waterskiing and running. I have completed many half marathons, 1 full marathon, and 1 triathlon.

My Rossiter Story


As a business owner/instructor in the fitness industry, I am always looking for fresh, new ways to both help and motivate my clients. I want to share with you my experience with The Rossiter System as I have been amazed by my own results!

I signed up for my first Rossiter course both out of curiosity and to earn some required contuining education. Here is what I experienced after just two sessions with my teacher and Rossiter Coach. The first change was a significant decrease in some nagging low back pain that I had been experiencing for quite some time. After my first Rossiter session with my coach, I noticed that the pain was diminished on some days and completely absent on other days. The second change appeared in my running performance. Now mind you, I am not breaking any speed records these days. I am happy to be able to go out and enjoy a run and feel good at the end. After my Rossiter session, my running time dropped by 30 seconds per mile on my first run. Since then I have consistently been running 30-60 seconds per mile faster, effortlessly and pain-free! What a surprise to be running faster without the feeling of working any harder.
