Semi Private Lessons are a great way to get fit while working out with a friend, co-worker or relative. Share the cost, have fun and get fit together. With two Reformers, two Combo Chairs and many other pieces of equipment to choose from, as well as many other modes of fitness instruction (TRX, weights, Barre, Kettlebells etc.) the workout possibilities are endless.
